I admit I was skeptical before I got my device (the UPP) and wondered if it would really work as described. Especially since I bought mine as part of an offer where the device is free if you just pay $200 in advance for your future plan purchases... which you would eventually have to pay for anyway. It seemed too good to be true. But I took the chance, and now having used my device all over the world, I'm very happy with it. Who needs a phone plan anymore.

Have had my G4 pro for a few months, recently been using it in Malaysia with a Malaysian data package. After I renewed the package for the third time, and half way use, suddenly my computer would not connect to the internet. Connected to live chat and talked to Diana. She was very helpful and indeed fixed my problem after 10 minutes or so (turned off the data protection function.) Great customer service experience.

I have been using Glocal Me for years. It just works and great price. Amazing back end support/customer service. Would recommend it. Today I had a virtual online support from Lorraine - and she just solved my problem and very warm.
